the booking is considered as valid after a deposit of € 100 per room

On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your room before 10 o’clock AM.
In the event of last-minute cancellation we will charge you for 50 % of your holiday.
For an early departure we will charge you for up to 3 unused overnight stays.
On the day of arrival your holiday home is at your disposal from 2 o’clock PM.
New Year’s Eve surcharge: € 20 per adult.
For our guests in the holiday flats: for the half board menu we price € 25; € 10,00 for breakfast.
