Payment
For payment of the hotel bill we accept cash (up to 2,999 Euro), EC-card and credit card (except Diners and Amex).
Pets: not permitted
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of a booking we apply the following cancellation fees:
up to 30 days before arrive: cancellation without penals
30 days until the 15th day before the start of your holiday: The deposit will be retained
From 14 days to the start of your holidays 70% of the total booked stay
In the case of early departure the room is charged for the remaining time up to a maximum of 3 days
Travel cancellation protection
It’s always possible that something happens before you set off. Should you start a booked stay at the hotel late, not arrive at all, or depart early, a cancellation fee may apply. To protect yourself from any costs we recommend you take out
travel cancellation insurance.
Non-smoking rooms
We are a non-smoking hotel - you are welcome to smoke in our smoking room or outside.
Room numbers and floors
We are happy to note your requests for a specific floor or room number. We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee these.
